- Parcel tracking will be sent when your order is ready for despatch.
LOCAL PICKUP | Mon-Fri 9am-4pm
- Select 'free pickup' at checkout to pick up your order in-store.
- An email or SMS notification will be sent when your order is ready for collection.
SYDNEY | 1-3 business days
- Shipping charges for your order will be calculated at checkout.
NATIONAL | 3-5 business days
- Shipping charges for your order will be calculated at checkout.
RURAL & REMOTE | 7-10+ business days
- Delivery times to rural and remote areas can vary, please contact us for more information.
- PLEASE NOTE: Zones outside of metro areas or any zones in regional/rural/remote areas will incur additional postage charges for bulky/oversized/overweight goods. Currently these charges cannot be calculated at checkout.
If you live in rural/remote areas, we strongly recommend contacting us prior to making purchases of items larger than parcel size (e.g 5kg parcel) - as ALL national carriers will almost always require an additional surcharge for delivery.
SHIPPING TO P.O BOXES
- Available for small to medium parcels only.
- Large, heavy or bulky parcels cannot be shipped to Australia Post PO Boxes or Parcel Collect.
